The types of difficult decisions we are faced with in business are unique because they aren't really straight-forward. Many times, there are no clear-cut right answers. No obvious path forward.  

Lots of times, there isn't even an optimal choice to make - we're weighing between multiple options that are equally important, enticing, or risky. It's a recipe for confusion, second-guessing, and uncertainty. Not exactly the mindset we want to be walking around with all the time! 

So, when we're faced with decisions like these, we need something to fall back on to help us decide. We need a compass, of sorts.  Our personal values can provide that compass, which is why we're going to be focusing on them for this episode.
