"Over My Dead Body" is first-rate comedy and absolutely hilarious. No wonder, since it was co-developed by TV legend Norman Lear. A host (male or female) travels the world to cemeteries of famous people, plugs a mic into their headstone and interviews them...about their humble beginnings, their success and fame, and what projects they're working on now. We also get their take on current events. One thing to note: there's no mention of them being dead. We're simply catching up. :)
I just binged on this podcast. So far the guest list includes Robert Kardashian, Nostradamus, Mae West, Steve Jobs, Richard Nixon, Julia Child, Tupac Shakur, Phyllis Diller and Mark Twain. Upcoming guests include Walter Cronkite, Howard Cosell, Jimmy Stewart, Groucho Marx, Rodney Dangerfield, Jimmy Durante and Joan Rivers. One thing's for certain -- there's no shortage of guests. Give it a listen...this show, like Norman Lear says, is absolutely hilarious!
