Karey Spransy is a resilience coach who knows what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and pushed down by life. Her experiences as a single teen mother, losing two loved ones to suicide, going through two divorces, and battling stage IV-4 colon cancer taught her how to use setbacks as springboards and failures as fuel.
For a self-professed extrovert and FOMO junkie, the joy of missing out felt like giving up, so she changed JOMO to the Joy Of Moving On.
Through her one-on-one coaching and group programs, she teaches others how to find their JOMO and just Do The Damn Thing.

Delia McCabe (PhD) shifted her research focus from clinical psychology to nutritional neuroscience upon discovering nutrition’s critical role in mental wellbeing while completing her Masters. Delia’s research into the neurological effect of specific nutrients on female stress has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, she is a regular featured expert in the media and her two internationally available books are available in four languages. Using her background in psychology, combined with evidence-based nutritional neuroscience and neurological perspectives, Delia supports behaviour change and stress resiliency within corporates, and for individuals who want to optimize their brain health, via online courses, workshops and tailored events internationally.
Dr Delia McCabe shares her knowledge of how our brains work and how they affect the way we think and respond in life. Our emotions and learnt behaviour are geared in our minds.
Our conversation opens up understanding about stress and it's impact on our lives. Our brains and nervous system are wired to respond and protect us. How we choose to react is a choice.
Feeding our bodies and brains with the right food help us grow and be able to respond to life calmly.
Science has shown that female brains are more sensitive than male brains and this is why women react differently to men. As women we tend to react to events differently to men and that is OK. It is just our brains way.

Ahfia Ullah is a parent who is healing her wounds so she can show up a nd inspire her children and those around her.
She says "When I decided I was going to be become a conscious parent, my journey into my own conscious healing started. I, myself started on softer therapies which revealed and released many blockages in my being, most of which I didn't even realise I had. We cannot stop ourselves from experiencing negative energies. The negative charge is a part of our very existence and we will come across this all the time and even more so in today's lifestyle. I love the idea of making a positive difference and have learned how important it is to have an array of tools in your life to help you on your journey. The knowledge I have learned on my journey so far has shown me that every little helps, and all efforts made and methods used, lead to reconnecting us to our true and real selves.
Ahfia is amazing and she uses play therapy to help others heal their wounds.

Laura is a true inspiration.
An author, a publisher, an business owner but a free spirit; she let go of her job as a mechanic and chose motherhood and growth.
A beautiful quality to listen to others she was my route to writing my first book "I Choose Me" and got me to bestselling status.
But is is her inspiration with her children that touches my heart. Laura realizes the energy we give off is seen by our children. She knows that her choices influence them. Her children are on their own journey and Laura supports them with love and understanding and does not allow her own inherited narratives to get in the way.
Laura chose not to send her children to school as she believes that state education puts children into a box; instead her children are world taught. Travelling hte world, meeting people and learning all they can.
Her children are authors in their own right.
As a family they travel and stay in different places as they embrace the world as their home.
Life is for living and taking risks. Laura shares how she let go of the expectations and demands of society to choose her life for herself and family.
On the emotions levels shame is only one up from death!
It is no surprise that in understanding this that I could not face shame and rejected it with ever part of my being.
I hid from shame and avoided it. During my depression I welcomed the idea of death more than looking my deep shame in the face and letting it go.
Do you have shame? Is it running stories that you do not feel able to share for fear of rejection, judgment of others and not fitting in.
What I now know is that we all have shame to some degreee.
I choose to embrace my vulnerability and courage and talk about my shame openly so others can let go of the chains of their shame.
I want us to be able to see all emotions just as emotions without any attachments.
I want to be able to inspire children to acknowledge all emotions and let them be processed not repressed.
I am here to change narratives surrounding shame.
Are you with me?
Listen and discover what is possible
Heal and Become
Knowing what wounds you have within is so important so you can release them and come home to yourself. Joy is within us; find your joy and see the gifts within!
My guest Amanda W Johnson has gone through this journey as she battled with illness and discovered how her narratives were keeping her small. A wife, a mother, a woman she is coming home to know who she was born to be and in that energy she is able to inspire others.
An advocate for mindfulness; she realizes the power of silence and meditation. Like me, she wishes to see mindfulness within schools so children can know themselves, trust themselves and be true so they are not put into a box by society
She is writing her own book "The Mind Body Spirit Symphony" which describes her journey of self love and her understanding how her mind, body and spirit were not in integrity.
A woman who is open, vulnerable and just like you, join us as we discuss the importance of self love, nurture and healing.
Why are we here?
What is our purpose?
We are busy with life but have you ever stopped to think what for?
I have discovered that my whole life has been a journey to this point.
All the people I have met are co-creations who are helping me discover what I need to learn to come home to myself with love and compassion.
As a mother my son has been my greatest lesson as I have had to accept he is on his own journey yet reflects my own needs and wants.
My purpose is to be a light, a guide for others. My purpose is to love myself entirely and accept myself for who I am warts and all...
Can I accept all the lessons presented to me? Join me and find out.
We are capable of so much growth.
Have you ever felt like avoiding life? You know situations, people, tasks!
I have and it led to my depression and feeling isolated and disconnected to life.
Avoidance Under the Duvet is my journey of how I succumbed to my limiting beliefs and my narratives and avoided responsibility for my life.
Yet it shows how I overcame my thoughts and emotions to process them and allow them to leave.
I choose ME!
I chose to rise up and become who I was always meant to be.
Join me and see what you can discover about your tendency to avoid.
Depression is real but it is not who I choose to be.
Anxiety is it real or do we create it.
I suffered from anxiety, worry, stress and overwhelm for years. I was so busy doing that I never stopped to consider just BEING!
Does this sound familiar to you?
Life is busy...
We have stories that there is not enough time to do everything!
This was my main concern and I lived in hyper arousal mode ready for flight or fight. No wonder I was exhausted and felt burnt out.
Join me as I share my journey of letting go what does not serve me to come home to me just as I am.
I hope my truth will help you free yourself from unnecessary demands and expectations
What comes to your mind when you hear the word addiction?
I realised that I had stories attached to that word and judgments but what I have discovered is EVERYONE has an addiction and not to what you may think!
As human beings we are addicted to our emotions - and not necessarily the happy ones.
Do you berate yourself on a daily basis?
Are you your harshest critic?
I share my journey and reveal my surprise about my addiction to my feelings of overwhelm and disappointment.
I surrendered and accepted my emotions just as emotions and to my surprised, released trapped repressed emotions that were hurting my body and feeding my limited beliefs.
Who Am I?
We all ask this question and knowing who you truly are so so important.
Are you just a name, a role, a job or do you want to find out who you were born to be.
Amanda shares her discovery of letting go of her masks and layers to reveal her authentic self.
Who is Amanda Hill Ryall and why has she set up her podcast YOU CHOOSE YOU NOW
A story, a narrative, we have all heard them as children and as adults through our communications.
But did you realise that experiences and situations that you did not like or enjoy created a story in your head that you live into each day?
A traumatic experience may have left it wounds and instead of healing we created a story with our mind that we retell again and again to keep us protected in a way, but does not allow us to heal and release.
As part of a family we also inherited stories/narratives from our parents which have travelled down the generations. The way life should be, could be....
Does this sound familiar?
Join me as I share my journey to end inherited narratives that do not serve me or my family.
I choose to let go and create more empowering narratives of worth and value so I can live the life I choose and deserve
