The Pick 5 Challenge was a contest we carried over from a previous podcast of Steve M. and Keith's called The Testosterzone Podcast. This is a clip from the final episode of that former show, in which the guys introduce The Pick 5 Challenge, explain what it is, how to play, and we also pick our teams for the week, and our champion for the season!

As a podcast dedicated to laughter and lightheartedness, there are times that we have to take a moment to discuss some serious subjects. One such subject is our health.
