Life was LIFE-ING, lemme tell ya, and in this episode I share what was going on, but more importantly how I managed to handle it and still show up for the launch.

We are pulling back the curtains in a BIG WAY my friend and taking you step by step through my latest launch.

This is probably the launch I’m most proud of to date, even though it’s not the highest cash launch I’ve ever had.

This past weekend my husband and I had one of the best weekends of our lives and definitely one of the top 3 experiences in our marriage (probably our wedding day being #1).

We attended a couples retreat hosted by our fabulous relationship coaches James and Angela, the founders of Love Intentionally. 

This episode is a breakdown of the retreat, why we went, what we did and what we got out of it.

To say we had breakthroughs would be an understatement. We are truly changed, and even though this is veering slightly from my normal content, I hope this inspires you regardless if you’re in a relationship or not; to take intentional time to strengthen ANY type of relationship you have.

You are in for a real treat with today’s guest, because Kendall Strampel is a POWERHOUSE AND…she’s 24 years old.  

This woman has built not one, but TWO incredibly successful businesses and really shares so openly about what it took to get there.

She is a 7 figure fitness business consultant, and serial entrepreneur. She founded Fearstofit Fitness coaching and the Wealthy Womens business academy.  

After scaling a fitness coaching company to 7 figures by age 22, she became obsessed with self mastery and business development. She now helps other visionary women scale with  the coaches organic growth method and seamless systems so they can create more flow both in their life and business. 

At one point Kendall had 100 clients in her fitness coaching business and almost stripped it down to nothing to travel the world and really find herself.  The past few years has been a re-building and systematizing journey to the incredibly successful business she has today.

If there’s one major theme we discuss in this episode it’s having a long-term focus when it comes to your business, something she adopted so early on at such a young age.

What do you think of when you hear the word “confidence.”

If you’re like 99% of the world you probably first think “chest up and out, maybe a little louder or that quiet confidence people can have, and definitely sure of themselves.”

But I have a feeling today’s conversation with Jordan Gomez is going to flip that on it’s head for you.

Jordan aka “J.Go” is a Life Coach, Speaker, and the host of the Confidently Uncomfortable Podcast. She helps empower women to create healthy habits, long-term lifestyle change and feel confident in their skin.

And this interview is honestly? Just such a breath of fresh air.

Being a successful entrepreneur REQUIRES confidence, but not in that initial way I described above. It’s showing up as you, even when you feel like you’re not at your best.

In today’s episode I’m peeling back the curtain and taking you behind the scenes over the last 5+ years of my business investments.

When did I first invest in my business and what was it?

What were my best investments? What were my worst investments?

What coaching styles did I love? What did I NOT love?

I’m going to be VERY honest in this episode and shoot it to you straight (as per usual).

One of the things I’ll stress most is how I see a lot of people either 1) wait to invest when they really needed help sooner and could’ve had such faster growth or 2) see people invest at too high a level too quickly, thinking it’ll catapult them, when it really just stresses them.

It’s not easy to ask for help, especially when you feel like you’re ‘starting over.’

But that’s exactly what Sami, our SOSA student feature of the day, did when she joined us last year.

Sami pivoted from digital nomad coaching to relationship coaching and was struggling to really find her flow with content and sign clients in this new niche.

She plugged into the SOSA support system, specifically diving into the TikTok lesson and launch mini course.

Meet Angela, a macro nutrition coach and emotional eating specialist.
