Athletic Greens
I love AG1. I take it every morning when I’m making the girls breakfast.
AG1 has over 7k 5* reviews and I can see why. It’s a supplement with 75 ingredients and its special blend is designed to support gut health, nervous and immune system, energy, recovery, focus and even aging. It’s one of my non-negotiables. It tastes quite nice and while I’m drinking it I’m reminding myself I’m worth looking after and that I can only be the mother and person I want to be in the world when I look after myself.
