Tangelene Bolton is a Filipina-American film, TV, and media composer based in Los Angeles, CA. She first got her start working for A-list composers Hans Zimmer (The Lion King, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, Interstellar), Henry Jackman (X-Men, Captain America), and Bobby Tahouri (Game of Thrones, Iron Man).  

A Berklee College of Music Film Scoring graduate, Tangelene’s distinct music style is a mashup of Neoclassical, electronic, folk, and jazz. She boldly turns classic and traditional sounds into exciting and new territories.

Tangelene composed the music for the highly-anticipated second season of the Netflix original series Warrior Nun. The series, created and executive produced by Simon Barry (Continuum, Bad Blood, Ghost Wars, Van Helsing), follows an orphaned teen who wakes up in a morgue and discovers she has super powers as the chosen Halo Bearer for a secret sect of demon-hunting nuns. Michelle is the Founder and Owner of Mixing Music Live, a online program which helps aspiring sound engineers reach their musical goals! Since its founding in 1997, Save The Music has provided new musical instruments, equipment, and technology to over 2,000 schools in almost 300 school districts nationwide. Donahue came to Save The Music from Purpose, a digital strategic and creative agency that focuses on social impact projects. As COO & Head of Partnerships, he oversaw Purpose's business development, marketing, finance and operations. Notable client projects included branding and launch content for Syria's White Helmets, Everytown for Gun Safety, social media strategy for ACLU, and a global campaigning technology platform for Oxfam International. Donahue spent his pre-business career on the road across the USA as a fundraiser for political candidates including U.S. Senators, Jay Rockefeller and Ron Wyden. At the same time, he was playing guitar in an indie rock band and running a small independent record label.
