Joseph Randle, former NFL running back with the Dallas Cowboys has been arrested for the fifth time in 17 months. Joe, 24, was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail in Kansas at 8 am CT Sunday morning on charges of aggravated battery, possession of hallucinogens, marijuana and criminal damage to property. Randle's bond was set at $100,000.
