Victor has been an active member of couchsurfing since 2009, and has traveled all over the United States to learn about the blues. He studied folklore at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill after moving to the US from Lille, France. They chat with Victor about his experiences with couchsurfing, perceptions of the blues in France vs the US, and how awesome his mom is. Carly, originally from New York moved to Memphis in June of 2017. Carly enjoys sweet potatoes, getting lost, Ikea and rapping Hamilton. Carly has traveled through couchsurfing, hostel hopping and workaway in 12 countries.
Christy is originally from Arkansas and moved to Memphis in August of 2015. She enjoys hot wings, Tiny Desk concerts, scaring Carly, and oversharing. So far Christy has travelled through workaway, backpacking, and couchsurfing in 17 countries.
