We answer questions like what is consignment, why do people use it, and how auction houses operate in the hobby. Consignment also has a darker side as well. Flipping cards can definitely be risky, but there is a lot of fun in trying to be right. Ultimately, that's the catalyst that makes buying cards of active players a lot of fun. You can make a Sports Card "bet" on what you think what might happen and/or how you think people will react to it and if you're right, chances are you will have an opportunity to make some money on a card. We talk about buying a player when it doesn't feel good like Kyrie Irving or Zion Williamson this season.
