Where do you find clients?
What are the best ways to navigate client upset, expectations and boundaries?

I hope it brings you some joy and relieve during COVID19.
I realize that title may be **errr*** ***ummm*** a tad bit aggressive- but here's the deal.
I don't have a problem with network marketing or MLM's- if it works for you, no shame in your game.
What I have seen is people who are taught outdated marketing practices when it comes to social media.
There ARE ways to market your business, service or offering in the online space without feeling:
So if you've ever been told to "pitch to your friends and family" or "post non stop about this product or service" or to "dm random people you just friended"
Well this is the antithesis of the "spray and pray" of our generation.
Tune in above to find out more!

I'd give you more but for real, you just need to listen to this episode and you NEED more Ash in your life.

- How do I stand out online?
- How do i grow my social media following?
- How do I launch my idea?

If you've ever wondered what the secret to success is and how to actually be more accountable and achieve what you want, this one's for you! We discuss:

Want to build an audience? Reach more people? Connect with others in a new way? Wonderful! There's something happening with trends in social media that Brittany Krystle and I have coined "inauthentic authenticity". It's people trying to be "raw" and "real" and staged imperfection just to get likes. In this episode we decided to encourage you to show up as YOU. Owning all of you. To be unapologetic about who you are. The cool thing about social media is there are no rules- we just want to dispell the myths about being fake for you so you have permission to be exactly who you are. No more flexing for the gram.
Selling. Sales. The words alone can evoke negative emotions in all of us. So how do we make more sales? How to do sell without feeling sleezy? How do we share our offerings without feeling weird and show up unapologetically? In this episode I share the subtle mindset shifts anyone can make to change their relationship with selling, which will dramatically change your business and your income.
Whats a normal conversion rate for a webinar? What's a normal conversion in a launch? What should I expect when launching a digital course?
Brittany Krystle and I from Beyond Influential podcast break down what the realistic expectations are when running your own online business.
From day to day to launching to passive income- we hold nothing back in explaining what to reasonably expect and how to make any setback work for you.
How do relationships affect your business or your performance? How do issues in your personal life affect your brand and how you show up in the world?
In this Episode of Rule Breaker, Dream Maker myself and Brittany Krystle break down exactly how this has affected us and how to navigate making your relationships assets to your life and business, and what do do if they are not.
We all give ourselves excuses to keep us "stuck" in the same place. These are 7 of the most common excuses we've used in the past (and hear from others) and why they are bs, so that you can move forward towards your goals and get motivated to create and do anything you want! Join myself and Brittany Krystle as we deep dive into dispelling these.
These are the 3 things I would do if I had to start my business allll over again- Brittany Krystle and I break down for you what these 3 things are and why they are so important for your business.
In this episode of Rule Breaker, Dream Maker podcast I bring to you Elissa Williams.

Being a woman and entrepreneur/ business owner is no easy feat. Add being a mom and balancing relationships on top of that and you’ve got yourself a seriously full plate.
On Episode 18, I’m sharing a very personal story- My journey into motherhood and the honest struggles of being a mom and business owner.
I think there is this elusive thing out there where so many people are promoting balance and self care but true balance doesn’t exactly exist.
In this episode, I am not going to tell you to find more balance. What I am going to tell you is that as a modern woman in today’s society, it’s up to YOU to decide what your role is. If other people are putting responsibilities on your plate that you don’t want to fulfill, it’s up to you to set boundaries that are non negotiable in how things get to work in YOUR life. It’s not always easy. Kids or no kids, there are pressures and preconceived notions on how a woman should operate. I want to dispel that for you.
If you do have kids, it’s strange how sisterhood kind of turns on you. Everyone has judgements on what a person with a child should and ultimately should not do. I want to encourage everyone to be more supportive towards those paving their paths in life and to extend grace to women everywhere on just how much they have on their plates.
I hope my journey inspires something in yourself.
Keep going, you got this.

On Episode 17 of Rule Breaker, Dream Maker podcast I am joined by our very first Male guest all the way from London! WOOT WOOT. Chris Hatfield is a Sales Coach, Consultant, Speaker and Host of Not Another Sales Podcast. With over 10 years experience in the world of sales, his super power is helping business owners, coaches and sales people elevate their potential; helping them become more mindful of how they can control their own success and enabling them to shape their own natural selling style.
Sales can seem like a heavy topic and I see so many entrepreneurs crippled with fear about their businesses or finding more clients because they are just “not good at sales” Chris turns that on it’s head in this episode and helps you to understand why NOT being good at sales is actually your secret weapon. He also equips listeners with some easy tools to change the way they think, empowering them to flawlessly solve problems, change their mindset when it comes to sales and selling, and how to present what you have to offer in an authentic way.

Let’s talk about outsourcing.
Sure this seems to be a popular buzzword but it’s SO much more than that. Here’s the deal- I’ve never seen anyone get super far on their own (except Forest Gump maybe…. but it sure took a longgggg time).
In order to grow and scale your business, you are eventually going to need to outsource. But we don’t just want to outsource for the sake of outsourcing, so we talk:
What is outsourcing and why it’s importing.
When is the best time to outsource and what to do BEFORE you start looking.
How to start outsourcing and what you should be getting off your plate (sooner rather than later).
I also let you in on how I set up onboarding in my business, the things you need in place to outsource and a simple process to duplicate your efforts so you’re ready to bring someone on.
We also talk best practices to keep your business safe and secure while you let people support your efforts.
I also mention what a virtual assistant is, what kind of things to look for when hiring, and all the nitty gritty details in between.

When building any sort of life or business, one thing is inevitable: change.
We will all experience it sometimes and with change comes growth. There will be people that don’t want to see you change, that don’t want to see you grow or that simply won’t understand your purpose on this planet. This is unfortunate- but it doesn’t really mean anything unless we LET it mean something.
How many times do we agonize about what “that person said about us” or that “one bad situation” or that terrible THING that happened? When you get rid of the noise, understand that it doesn’t have to mean anything and simply say, “Bye Felicia” to anything, anyone or any situation you are no longer available for, your life will change for the better. Not only that, but you will learn to let situations be used for your good. You will feel lighter, more free and overall happier, too. Sound like a delightful side effect? I think so, too.

Building your Business using social media is a lot like dating- Think about all the bad date’s you’ve had. Maybe it’s with the person who overshares (TMI), the one acting like a robot repeating the same script they’ve obviously said a hundred times or maybe it’s the person who crosses your boundaries and makes too many assumptions…. Yeah. Posting on social media for business is a lot like that….
In this weeks episode, I’m sharing an interview that I did with Brittany Krystle on her podcast- Beyond Influential. It’s one of my favorites I’ve ever done and focuses on how our MINDS create our reality.
If you have wanted to improve your life, make more money, have more success, or reach your goals with ease- or maybe even just experience more joy and peace in life, this episode is for you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, and you can check out Brittany and Beyond Influential below.

Most people don’t really take the time to figure out what it is they truly want. In fact, most of the time they stay stuck where they are even if they are miserable because sometimes they don’t know HOW to figure out what it is they actually desire.
Today I chat with one of my absolute favorite people, Brittany Krystle.
Brittany Krystle is personal brand & growth expert with almost a decade of experience in personal brand strategy & content development. She has worked with some of the biggest personal brands online to grow their influence – from founders and entrepreneurs (Gary Vaynerchuk, Marie Forleo & Tom Bilyeu to name a few) to executives, thought leaders & influencers. She specializes in helping entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial-minded to grow online influence that gets offline results. She has a top-rated podcast on influence called Beyond Influential. She’s also a nonpracticing lawyer. She is currently launching her first product, The LinkedIn Laws, which is her proven strategy and I’ve been SUPER excited for. She also happens to be one of my very best friends and is a total G (for Genius AND Gangster).
Brittany takes us through her journey to entrepreneurship and how she went from the law school traditional track to figuring out what her zone of genius is and what she actually desires to do. Her advice on figuring out what you want might surprise you (it’s totally not what you’d expect) and her view on failure is something we can ALL learn from.

To be honest I kind of hate the goal setting game. For me, it’s SO much BIGGER to me than “goal setting”. I want to empower you to create WHAT it is you want and to have the type of life that you want to have. So today I am breaking it down to you the actual steps I use to achieve the things that I want out of life.
Step 1: DREAM
If there were NO rules and you could create anything that you wanted- what would you want? What would you ask for? What would your life look like? What were the things you wanted as a kid? How does your life look? What are the things that you have and own? What kind of car would you drive? How is your daily life? Do you travel? What are the things? What kind of business do you have? What kind of impact do you have?
Step 2: Write it out in the PRESENT moment
Write out your goals as if they have already happened. This is important because it starts warming up your conscious and subconscious to actual believe that these things could be possible. It speeds up the time it takes to see it in the present moment.
If you accomplished that already- then what would your goal be?
Make decisions as THAT person.
Step 3: Feel the E-Motion
Spend time feeling the emotions of how you would feel if you had what you wanted NOW. The more you can bring those feelings into your physical body in the moment the better!
Sara Dann is business mentor for unstoppable women entrepreneurs. She’s on a mission to help women all over the world learn how to make money doing what they love.
We chat on all things business but what I love about Sara is she has built an INCREDIBLE business online but she actually started on the traditional track by going to college and landing a 9 to 5 job. 4 years in Sara had what I call her “fuck this shit” moment when she realized that she was meant for more.
Sara talks about transitioning to coaching when her business blew up and shows us:
You can learn more about Sara at the places below:

I hope this chat inspires you to follow YOUR passions. <3
I have a serious love affair with online business. It is a GAME changer. Seriously. There has NEVER been an easier way to make money doing what you love and are passionate about.
We aren’t living in our parents or grandparents generation. The old way of doing college and getting a job and climbing a corporate ladder doesn’t exactly equal security anymore, so why the heck aren’t you jumping off the cliff and finding your wings along the way doing what you L-O-V-E?
So, in today’s episode, we chat about:
1) Ways to Monetize what you love
2) What is your “niche” (and why it’s WAY simpler than what you think)
3) How being a real human being makes you a winner already
4) The differences in traffic online (and why none of it is truly free)
5) Why its ok to ask for money for what you have to offer
6) Why 100k followers mean nothing unless you can MONETIZE them in some way. Let’s get you strategic in figuring out who you are talking to and why so that your follower count actually impacts your bottom line
7) Never EVER forget that there are human beings on the other end of what you are creating
I hope that you enjoy today’s episode. If you do, can you leave us a review? We LOVE you.

Todays episode is all
lllll about overcoming difficult situations. Listen, we’ve all been there. No matter how successful you are, how much mindset work you do, how much you learn grow and overcome, or even how many self help books you read, sometimes shit hits the fan. And it sucks.
Today I dive deep in how to overcome difficult situations because guess what? They still suck to deal with. But when you have a process for dealing with them, you don’t stay stuck in the misery, confusion and drama for quite as long.
Step 1: Give Yourself Time. I know this may sound like a “no brainer” but it’s not. If you don’t sit with your feelings, how can you expect to process them and move through them? By giving yourself permission to actually feel your feelings, you have something to actually process.
Step 2: Think about your Big Picture. Revisit your big picture goals and dreams. This is an opportunity to reset what you will allow. Decide what it is you actually want.
Step 3: Ditch the Drama. Mean girls was seriously one of my favorite movies ever but it doesn’t feel good to be a mean girl to yourself and others. Strip away the drama of what you are going through and look at it from a logistical standpoint.
Step 4: What would your “higher self” do? I know, sounds super “mystical” of me, but what I mean here is, remember those goals you wrote out above? If you ALREADY had those things, how would that version of you respond?
Step 5: Take action. Once you have identified what 2.0 version of you would do, it’s time to do it. Massive action = massive results.
Step 6: Clear the blocks. I share in todays episode what my process for that is, but this is where you stop those “leaks” to protect your energy and make sure you are healing both consciously and subconsciously.
Step 7: Self Care. This is the time to make sure you are taken care of and give yourself what you need in the NOW. Wether thats paid or free- you can carve out time for it. Get a massage, go for a walk, take 5 minutes to dance to upbeat music or make the time to meditate. Whatever that thing is for you, schedule out that time and make it happen.
It is my hope that you never have to struggle or go through difficulties but sometimes they make us grow. They give us new tools that we didn’t even know that we had. I hope you use this process that it has taken me a long time and a lot of setbacks to understand.
Here’s to your freaking happiness!
PS. Don’t forget to leave a review if you found this episode helpful. It really does help me know if we are creating content you find valuable- and I may even shout you out on a future episode

Today I want to introduce you to Arielle “Ari” Hale who I am fortunate enough to call one of my very best friends. Ari is a badass launch manager and mindset mentor who is currently traveling the world with her toddler, Silas.

The idea of this episode is just really conversation to introduce you to the Podcast and what you can expect.
I started this for YOU. Mostly because I am inspired and passionate to truly help women be, do and have it all. This space is for you to come as you are, so let your hair down, relax your shoulders and let’s dive in.
Online business can be life changing and create huge change both financially and personally creating freedom and opportunities beyond your wildest dreams. What it has also created as a byproduct is comparison. We also start thinking there are all these “rules” on what we SHOULD be doing- both in our business and in our lives. These rules are complete and total bull$*&t. I want to strip those down for you.
If you are not familiar with my world, I am an online business expert that helps women create incredible lives that give them freedom by building a business off of things that we love.
Many of us never *think* about where we are headed, what we truly want or even give ourselves permission to DREAM up what our lives and business could look like. If you don’t know where your destination is, how can you even know if you have arrived?
So here I am putting myself out there, getting more visible, overcoming my fears and letting you know that there is no perfect formula for business. Take the pressure off and stop burying yourself in the shoulds and the to do’s. This is me giving you permission to not have to be perfect.
To find out more, listen in to todays episode above and THANK you for tuning in :).
