Baby Neal Watch 2017 still continues...Would've thought the Black Fairy had him stashed somewhere, but no dice.

The Black Fairy was one of the best episodes in a while. The reveal of Rumple abandonment was handled well. But that doesn't mean Belle needs to totally forgive him. Don't do it Belle!

Oh, and Tiger Lily is the worst. As a matter of fact, the fairies in general aren't the best bunch. They have caused nothing but pain and strife!

We're back ! We talk a little about 'A Wonderous Place' but don't spend too much time on that waste of an episode before we jump into the much better 'Mother's Little Helper'...

It's the first true hint of the Final Battle being a sort of end to the series as we know it and that is good thing. That will drive the remaining episodes to a clear resolution.

Josh goes off on a speculation tangent about Emma and if she's up to the task of saving everyone in the Final Battle. Where does Henry fit into all this. Has Gold know all along that Gideon didn't have his heart and was being controlled by the Black Fairy...Where does Blue factor into all of this mess. Still don't trust that she's on the up and up. How long will Hook be stuck in Neverland and why is he there? Looks like we'll see some interaction with Tiger Lily.

Wow, what a turn of events? Did anyone see the confrontation between Regina and the Evil Queen playing out the way it did? We certainly didn't! Will Regina ever get her happy ending? Hopefully, we'll turn away for her romantic life and find happiness and fulfillment in another way. It would be the best way to carry forward the story line...Loved the message of forgiving yourself, having faith & hope restored! More of that!

The best thing we can say to the Emma/Hook nonsense...now at least he can propose properly later! Nuff said!

We're back and there's much to discuss as we breakdown, 'Strange Case' and 'Street Rats'...Both were good episodes but were sad to see Hyde go as he and the Evil Queen would've made a great power couple.

The Aladdin story translated well to the show. Pretty sure we'll see Aladdin return to his Savior status in some capacity. Which would suit Jasmine's needs, as she only seems to be interested in Aladdin for what he can do to save Agrabah...

Episode 16: 'Her Handsome Hero'...Okay, so maybe nothing really happened to advance the overall plot...yet.

There weren't too many reveals in this episode and the flashback to Belle/Gaston's story wasn't terribly entertaining, but Emma's really starting to see that her whole season 5 arc is riddle with here making increasingly poor decisions.

Episode 13: 'Devils's Due'...Hook and Emma are finally reunited. Milah is back and boy, was she a mean one. But not in the Underworld she was kinda nice...guarding all those children. Wait, why are there so many kids with unfinished business in theUnderworld? Yikes! The common trope of 'All Magic comes with a price' rears it's head in the worst possible way for Rumple. Shoe is on the other foot for him now. It'll be interesting to see how he gets out of this pickle.

Oh, and did we really think the whole 'Heart Sharing' trick was gonna work to begin with? Come on now, let's be honest...

Episode 7: 'Nimue' - We learn more about Merlin's backstory and how he got his magic and the pain of his tragic love of Nimue, who later becomes the 1st Dark One. Emma (Darth Swan) is certainly up to something, even as she resists the draw of Dark power, it is becoming clear that she has an entirely different reasons to merge Excalibur and the Dagger...What is she up to? Will she be the first one to wild the power of Dark & Light?...Oh and another character was hot on the head this episode. We should really start counting these...

Episode 6: 'The Bear and the Bow'. First things first, Merlin is pretty dang awesome. That said, Belle and Merida are really the focus of this episode. And it's the first time I can remember a friendship grew from one person whacking the other on the head with a rock to kidnap them because why wouldn't they then help them save their queenship/brothers...But I digress...We learn magic mushrooms don't burn, Zelena may be the best Baddie on the show, Emma done messed up by making Rumple a hero, and Merlin sends a message to Obi-Wan because he's his only hope...

Oh and Josh knows he used the wrong name for the baby. He meant to say Neal instead of Roland. But send him mail anyway...maybe he'll try harder if he get's scolded enough. Maybe...

Episode 5: 'Dreamcatcher'. Things are picking up and folks are finding out things that were meant to be forgotten. Remind me to stay away from Dreamcatchers. They seem to bring more trouble than they're worth...Let's see, Emma & Regina free Merlin from the skin moisturizing tree, Henry gets his heart broken, Merida turns into a bully, and I guess magic can recharge phone batteries, and Steph sings a few bars of the Fine Young Cannibals, 'She Drives Me Crazy'...your welcome!

Will the Dark Swan pull Excalibur from the Stone that she brought back from Camelot and keeps locked in the basement of the house that no one seems to know how she obtained? Will David ever wake up (metaphorically, of course) and see that when things are too easy...that they're too easy? Shouldn't the guy he whacked in the face with the plank have a mark where he got whacked? Because it clearly didn't leave one...all these questions and more are raised and most likely not answered. Hey, just being honest...This episode is so scatter-brained, just like you like it...
