Episode #39: Covid19 - The Learning Experience
We all want to have power and agency over our lives. Most people know what they would like to change. The reason they do not make those changes is because they feel that whatever they are doing now is protecting them. It is their way of coping even if they are miserable within the perceived safety it provides. They would rather stay in a familiar place even if that place has become increasingly unpleasant. Individual change is hard and organizational change is even harder. Especially when it involves changes or disruption to the patterns that we have grown accustom. Reconnecting with our authentic selves while developing our emotional intelligence is the key. It raises our level of consciousness. It is important to understand that no one produce results that are beyond their current level of consciousness.
