You are a Balwig! Congratulations!

You can change into almost any form, which makes your job of stealing things super easy! Except, you don’t have full control over your POWERS or what SHAPE you take … which can be awkward and dangerous.

Your SHAPE and your POWERS are fantastic for surviving the harsh environs of your homeworld of Eridul … but once a year, you and a group of your closest frenemies are transported by Azilix himself to an entirely different dimension with the goal of retrieving an invaluable prize that will allow you to retire to the upper reaches of Azilem where you will live out your days in paradise! 

This job should be super easy … but … there is always a lurking guardian that will zap you right back home where certain extinction awaits your failure!

THE CHRONICLES OF ERIDUL 

2021 Winner Outstanding Fantasy at the New Jersey Web Fest!

Eridul, a land beyond our own, a magical place frozen in perpetual twilight and yearning to be set free from a struggle that has spanned generations.

Charlie’s world collapsed the day her sister Cassie left for a prestigious boarding school. Lost between confusion and anger, Charlie, an eleven year old girl, finds herself magically transported to the middle of a dark forest where her sulking attitude swiftly leads to her captivity. As Charlie works to escape her confinement, she discovers that her presence in this new world has tipped the balance of power, threatening to destroy not only this new fantastical place, but her own as well.

Cassie, on the other hand, has a whole new lease on life after being accepted into the prestigious Governor’s School for the Arts at Walnut Grove on full scholarship. At 16 years old, Cassie is just a bit older than her first year peers, and so finds herself stuck between newer students from prestigious families and the older students at the school. Striking up initial friendships with a small group of outcasts like herself, Cassie soon discovers that there is much more going on at the school and much more behind her scholarship than she had at first imagined.

The Chronicles of Eridul is a multi-season story that blends the real and the fantastic in a magical and dramatic adventure that is sure to delight fans of all ages. THE RESONANCE: 

In the late 1800’s violence tore through the sleepy towns of the central Pennsylvania anthracite mining region as mining barons clamped down on attempts from the workers to unionize as a means of improving working conditions. These events culminated in the “Day of the Rope” where twenty miners were hanged in what has since been called, “one of the most disgraceful episodes in the history of the bench and bar in the United States.” 

Some events leave permanent scars on the land – and sometimes those scars take on a life of their own. In the early 1980’s a group of teenagers stumbled upon the horror that slumbered beneath their feet for a generation. Welcome to our first stop on the Resonance – Centralia, Pennsylvania.

As we move further away from the past, our knowledge of the events that actually took place fade … and truth becomes a mere resonance of what once was. At times, the heroes of our youth become the pariahs of the present … and sometimes terrible wrongs are brought to light.  But what if our collective memories were not locked away … what if there was a way not only to revisit these memories, but to reshape them as well. What impact would that have on our present reality?
