Submit ReviewThis episode is all about coffee, sustainability and innovation in Colombia!
I had the pleasure of interviewing Cole Shephard, the founder of coffee.com/">The Green Coffee Company, the largest coffee production company in Colombia with a focus on sustainable coffee production.
We had a fascinating conversation about Colombia's coffee production, innovation, and sustainability, and compared it to Brazil's coffee production. Cole shared his insights on the differences between the two countries' coffee production models, the history of coffee production in Colombia, and the business models of the coffee industry in both countries.
But that's not all - we also discussed how The Green Coffee Company is leading the way in sustainable coffee production. Cole explained their focus on sustainability, which includes prioritizing human capital and circular economy. It was inspiring to learn how they're making a positive impact on the environment and the community through their practices.

This episode is all about discovering tech talent in Central America!
I sat down with Charles Fry, the founder of Code Exitos, a digital product studio based in Austin, Texas with design studios in Honduras. Charles has first hand experience in discovering and utilizing tech talent in Central America.
We talked about the potential of tech professionals in Central America and the benefits of utilizing their skills. We focused on the current development hubs in Costa Rica and Honduras and discussed the reasons for outsourcing tech development to Central America, as well as the potential challenges such as language barriers and the benefits of the same timezone as the US.
It was a great conversation, and I know you'll learn a lot from it.

This episode is all about China, sustainability, and how we in the West have a distorted idea of how China is tackling environmental and social problems.
Here is my chat with John Pabon, a sustainability consultant, speaker, and author of the book "Sustainability for the Rest of Us." John lived in China for 10 years, from 2009 to 2019, and he saw firsthand China going from the economic growth "Wild West" of the early 2000s to introducing more ESG policies; however, everything is still very far from perfect.

This is episode will be all about India's golden decade that has just begun!
Here's my chat with Ian Herbison, the CEO of the group.com/">Speyside Group, the leading global emerging markets corporate affairs and public policy specialists.
We talked about opportunities for India in two different respects: as a high growth domestic market of 1.3bn people and as a crucial cog in the global supply chain, and its diversification of supply chain away from China for geo-political reasons e.g. huge investment commitment into semi-conductors. Also, the “Make in India” strategy of the Modi government, digital innovation with mobile payments and much more.
