The story of food and depression is a complex one. Even at the surface, it is at least a two way street, with food affecting depression and depression impacting how we eat. I chose this topic to "come out" as it were because my depression was making it difficult to get this podcast started. It was just one of the things that kept getting crushed by my lack of motivation.
