Like you, Personal Crisis Manager, Coach and Expert Julio Briones has seen crises evolve in numerous ways over the years. Who is meant to succeed? Who is meant to fail? Is it meant only for the chosen few who rise to the top? Or, is there a different story? We are the sum of our experiences and while our past has shaped us, are our decisions meant to forever define us?
With over a decade of coaching, speaking, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches experiences with Personal Crisis, his outlook is radically different. Julio appreciates, and shares with listeners, that success and change is a moment-to-moment choice and not about title, race or social status. Success is for everyone, every day. It's about how we define our life.
Julio began his journey in the US Army by helping his fellow soldiers deal with the realities of divorce resulting from a variety of issues, including infidelity and domestic violence; also, with the aftermath associated with having to face the reality of rebuilding an entire life and self-identity. After receiving an honorable discharge, he relocated back to NJ, opened and managed a successful business.
Julio later found himself in trouble with the law and, as a result, spent just over 10 years incarcerated. Having to navigate the system from the inside, he learned how to help his family, himself, and others maneuver through the complex maze of bureaucracy.
The co-author of the best-selling, "Stress-Free Divorce Volume 02", Julio's penetrating conversations have been shared with folks from around the globe.
He currently serves on the Labor and Workforce Development (LWD) Re-entry committee for Middlesex County, NJ and has served as a Mentor for the T.E.A.M. (Essex County College Next Step Re-entry Program). Julio also worked as a national business trainer and franchise consultant for a national brand homecare company.
