They touch on the fact that ALL of their pits are now NSF and ETL certified (meaning ANY restaurant can use them across the U.S.). They talk about the myriad of patents that they have meaning ONLY you would have YOUR specific M&M Pit and lastly they are taking all of their knowledge on the commercial side and bringing it down to the backyard side (we talk in-depth about the El Nino which is the little brother to the El Rey commercial live-fire pit).
