Zeke Zelker has been striving to build a filmmaking career for over twenty years far outside the filmmaking epicenters of Los Angeles and New York, staying true to his commitment of making films in his hometown of Allentown, PA. It's been a challenge, but that hasn't stopped him from creating films that have been seen around the globe while breaking down barriers of distribution. This struggle has inspired him to think differently about his approach to his craft.
I had Zeke on the show to discuss his latest film BILLBOARD. Here's the summary from IMDB:
Times are tough, listener-ship is down and Casey needs to come up with a plan to save his radio station, WTYT 960, and fast! Casey's grand plan is to host a billboard sitting contest, where four lucky contestants have the opportunity to win "nine-sixty thousand dollars and a mobile home". All they have to do is be the last person to survive, living on a billboard.
BILLBOARD is currently available on VOD, for more information go to
