Bill Horan and NCC Student Zac Turkel talk with Allah Supreme Brown, Executive Director of the Youth Empowerment Institute in Uniondale. Their mission is to foster and preserve excellence in the Arts, especially Performing Arts, Production Arts, Media Arts and Art Education. They do this by providing youth and adults in Nassau County with access to the Arts, and by facilitating the creation and mastering along with the fostering and preserving of African heritage and culture in the Arts.
