We had an inbox brimming with your questions and investigation requests, and so this program is dedicated to getting you some answers.
On the program, we speak to the BBC News at 10's Executive News Editor, Paul Royall about the lack of English audio translations on their reports from Afghanistan. We speak to Virgin Media O2's Chief TV and Entertainment Officer, David Bouchier about their lack of a talking Electronic Program Guide on their latest set top box. And from access to pictures on the TV, to access to pictures in a gallery, we had a request to investigate the lighting situation in some of the exhibitions at the British Museum. The museum were not available and so we invited lighting experts, ASCO Lights to tell us what solutions they recommend.
Presenter: Peter White
Producer: Beth Hemmings
Website image description: the image shows a lone man in a long dark bricked room with an arched ceiling. He is examining some pieces of art on the wall, which are each lit with a single spot light. The image represents how galleries and museums often have very low lighting, making it difficult for some visually impaired people to enjoy.
