Dalia Kinsey - a Decolonized Wellness and Body Image Coach, Registered Dietitian, and creator of the Body Liberation for All podcast - is this episode's guest.

On the episode guest Dalia Kinsey reflects on the field of dietetics including bias and racism within the field, time in school learning about dietetics and how the wellness industry can be decolonized. We also chat about how 2020 changed Dalia's career path from a general dietitian to doing decolonized wellness coaching that focuses on BIPOC and LGBTQIA folks.

Dalia and Allison talk about the things that pissed them off. Allison is fired up about the horrible, terrible Marjorie Taylor Green. Dalia is pissed about America being self righteous, but in truth has a dark history.

The Who's that Lady (from History)? is Gladys Cooper Kidd Jennings, an educator and nutritionist.
