My annual audience survey has given me lots of insights over the years, as they share their pain points, struggles and expectations with me. This year though, I've noticed one word that has cropped up over and over again, and that's fear.

It's not a new concept for entrepreneurs, we all struggle with it on a regular basis: fear of taking risks, fear of financial difficulties, fear of failure. And while fear can sometimes be a good thing and give us the kick we need to push on, a lot of the time it ends up in procrastination, doubt or being overwhelmed.

In this episode, I go into the mindset behind fear and share five new entrepreneurial alternatives to use that can help view our fears in a more positive light, and use it do drive our businesses forward.

This episode has been a long time coming and a topic I've been wanting to discuss for a while now. So sit back, listen and enjoy!

Essential Learning Points From This Episode:

  • Chris shares his own struggle with entrepreneurial fear and how he's overcome it.
  • What Chris thinks entrepreneurs are meant to do.
  • Why capability isn't a measure of how many times you've succeeded.
  • Why fear isn't necessarily a bad thing and why we give it more power than it deserves.
  • Much, much more!
