This week due to some technical difficulties we’re bringing you a special *early* edition of our All Baggage All the Time episode! We talk mental health and wellness with our good friend Olivia. Olivia shares her journey after being diagnosed with manic depression, most commonly known as bipolar disorder. We talk about what it means to us to be Latinx/Afro-Latinx and grapple with these issues. We also discuss a message we received on tumblr about how to deal with family and friends who diminish or invalidate your feelings.
