He and Noor Murad, head of the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, stopped by to chat with host Kerry Diamond about the latest OTK cookbook, Extra Good Things. They talk about test kitchen life, some of the book’s must-make recipes (like Sunshine Salad with Carrot-Ginger Dressing), and ways to jazz up dried herbs.
