The Yankees stayed alive with a win last night and have their ace, Gerrit Cole, going tonight. Boomer said the Yankees just have to not have the Dodgers celebrate on their field. Judge and Ohtani have been non-factors in these games. Paul O’Neill airmailed his first pitch last night. We also talked about how nice Mrs. Met’s butt is. Jerry returns for an update and starts with the sound of John Sterling on the call as Gleyber Torres homered. Sterling does not sound well as he’s clearly fighting a cold of some sort. Anthony Volpe hit a grand slam. Mike Francesa is going to be on the livestream with Barstool Sports tonight. Steff Diggs is done for the season with a torn ACL. In the final segment of the hour, another caller thinks the fans from last night should be arrested for assault on Mookie Betts.
