WWE Commentary Stability Held in Abeyance

WWE commentary turnover has been somewhat alarming. Well, maybe alarming isn't the best word but it's definitely not a good thing. The number of changes and new faces to the booth, other than Michael Cole, and to a lesser extent Corey Graves, may fill those interested in that position with a bit of apprehension. Adnan Virk and WWE parted ways last week after just two months. Jimmy Smith, a former Bellator MMA and UFC color commentator, will be filling the void left by Virk's departure. An incredibly strange move as RAW's commentary team will be a three-man booth filled with people best suited as color commentators. We brainstormed a few ways WWE can get better at commentary and we even suggested an off-the-wall pairing to take over on RAW.

NJPW'S COVID Struggles

NJPW has been struggling with their talent testing positive for COVID over the last few weeks. That, along with rumored unrest among gaijin talent, and Will Ospreay vacating the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, NJPW is in a tumultuous state right now. We discussed who we think should win the vacant championship, even though we all know that Okada is going to get the belt back AGAIN.
