Submit ReviewIt's WrestleMania season! And although WrestleMania is going to be a bit weird this year thanks to the coronavirus, we're still celebrating the season with a look at a double feature of wrestling-centric cult flicks!
For the second part of this double feature, we're headed back to the year 2000! Last week, we discussed the WWF's first foray into feature film production, so this week let's take a look at the first film produced in partnership with World Championship Wrestling: READY TO RUMBLE!
We'll dive into a bit more wrestling history this week with a look at the famed Monday Night Wars and how that whole era lead to the creation of this film, and we'll also discuss the fallout from this film and the involvement of its star David Arquette in the world of professional wrestling!
