Sonya Barlow (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sonyabarlow/), Founder of the Social Enterprise LMF Network, D&I Coach, and soon to be author, recognizes her privilege in being able to break out on her own and do this work, to share through authenticity and bravery her lived experiences as a woman of color in the corporate world.
