Firstly, NOT ALL NARCISSISTS hate your family and friends, but for those that do there are a few different reasons behind it. A lot of narcissists want you to themselves and like to isolate you from everyone else and in order to do that they may need to start to alienate your family and friends. Other narcissistic people just plainly hate the fact that you have a support system in the first place.

I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
