The Chicago Bears got less for Justin Fields in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers than most of us expected. Part of it was Ryan Poles miscalculating the QB market, and part of it was the general manager wanting to "do right" by Fields.

Regardless, the Fields era in Chicago is over, so we look back on what went wrong and what he could still do in Pittsburgh. And it's time to start getting excited for Caleb Williams.
