Karl and Tonya from When It Was Cool went on an epic cross country tour the past week stopping at several iconic pop culture places and locations of historical importance. It started with the memorial park to the Oklahoma City bombing for a somber historical moment. Then on to the Big Texan Steakhouse in Amarillo, the Cadillac Ranch on Old Route 66 and several Ghost Towns. We stood on a corner in Winslow, AZ, saw the Painted Desert and Petrified Forest. We stood on the rim of the Grand Canyon. Slept over top of a canyon river, toured Monument Valley where Forrest Gump called an end to his run, then braved a dangerous mountain road. Come join us on our adventure!
