Reports say teams like the Washington Commanders and Las Vegas Raiders are willing to give up a massive haul to get Caleb Williams, and the Chicago Bears will at least listen to their offers.

First, Ryan Poles would have to be willing to pass on Williams, and then the compensation conversation starts. Chicago is in a great position either way.
