A former nurse in the New Brunswick Organ Tissue Program is speaking out about the working conditions in the tissue donation program. Parise Léger says the long hours and emotionally-challenging work drove her to leave her job in 2017. She's speaking out following the death of 16-year-old Avery Astle. His parents hoped to donate his organs and tissues, but say they were told no one was available. The CBC's Karissa Donkin spoke with Parise Légere.
