In January, students at River Ridge High School in Olympia came together for a week-long protest. The high school’s Black Student Union joined by allies called for district administrators to address racial and sexual violence on campus. Now, members of the school's Black Student Union, alongside their former BSU advisor, say they plan to file a class action lawsuit against North Thurston Public schools.
