Perhaps no program has suffered more from dragging its feet on establishing a NIL collective more than Arizona State University. The Sun Devils have seen a seemingly countless number of student-athletes transfer out of the university with the intention of making money off their name, image, and likeness (NIL). It hasn't just been hitting Arizona State Sun Devils football or Arizona State Sun Devils basketball, but the softball program, baseball program, and several other sports have suffered because of the university's stubbornness to create a NIL collective. That wall was finally knocked down with the creation of the Sun Angel Collective, which will be Arizona State University's NIL collective. The Sun Angel collective will be massive for small businesses, boosters, nonprofit organizations, and others to donate to the collective, which is registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, while also allowing the university's student-athletes to promote these donors and make some money for themselves. This is a huge deal for Arizona State University, and host Richie Bradshaw gives you his thoughts and tells you everything you need to know about the new NIL collective, Sun Agel Collective.
