Army veteran Sean Passmore is head of Military Talent External Recruiting and Enterprise Military and Veteran Initiatives for Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC).  He is responsible for developing national relationships with the military and veteran community and overseeing Wells Fargo’s Military Affairs Program, created in 2012.   He is a Mustang moving from enlisted ranks to officer.  He retired as a Major and in his civilian career has focused on talent acquisition.   He spent time at USAA before Wells Fargo.  He talks to host Jim Fausone about his service and veterans employment issues.
