Our guests are Candy Welch-Streed Director of Partnerships for Iowa’s Silos and Smokestacks National Heritage Area and Lindsey Skeen, Executive Director of the Indiana Foodways Alliance. Lindsey also introduces us to Ben Morgan, owner of the 1925 PubHouse and Patrick Rice, owner of the Tin Plate who both participate in Indiana's Tenderloin Lover’s Trail.
