Submit ReviewHey there, we're Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough, authors of over thirty-five cookbooks and hosts of this podcast. We love that you're with us. We've learned so much this year. And been through a bit too much, too. Here's our personal and professional year-end wrap-up.
Our wish for you is a better, more even, and healthy 2022. With lots of great food, of course.
Here are the segments of this episode of the podcast COOKING WITH BRUCE AND MARK:
[00:27] We published a new cookbook this year--INSTANT POT BIBLE: COPYCAT RECIPES
[02:10] Mark published his memoir this year--BOOKMARKED: HOW THE GREAT WORKS OF WESTERN LITERATURE F*CKED UP MY LIFE.
[03:27] We completely revamped the format of this podcast, based on your suggestions.
[04:55] We found about a zillion ways to use our favorite condiment: chili crisp
[07:18] Because of an interview on this podcast, we learned so much more about eggs than we knew, even after over thirty-five cookbooks.
[07:55] Mark’s dad died this summer, a sad moment that took over most of the rest of the year.
[09:01] We escaped to a place we hesitate to tell you about, for fear it will get to popular: Moosehead Lake in Maine.
[10:11] In the middle of all that, we wrote and turned a new book: an air-frying cookbook for beginners. It'll be out in 2022.
