Aaron breaks down the All-22 film from the Atlanta Falcons' Week 17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and then is later joined by The Athletic's Jeff Schultz for their conversation about the team's coaching search.

First, Aaron looks at the performance of rookie center Matt Hennessy and his future in Atlanta before looking at the decision to dial back on the blitz vs. Tampa Bay. 

Then, he wraps up his conversation with Jeff, who opines about a potential mass exodus of college coaches to the NFL in the near future as well as whether or not the Falcons have a realistic chance to turn things around quickly in 2021 thanks to parity in the NFL.
