The Carolina Panthers are a disappointing 1-8 in Year 1 of Frank Reich. The team has struggled to develop rookie QB Bryce Young and put together a successful offensive scheme and playmaker around him. This has called into question Reich's job status in Carolina. Reich is only a year removed from being fired after the Indianapolis Colts started the season 1-7. The Panthers opted to hire Reich instead of interim head coach Steve Wilks, who led the team to a 6-6 finish in 2022. In the event that Panthers owner David Tepper moves on from Reich, could he right a wrong and potentially lure Wilks back home to Charlotte?

GM Scott Fitterer appears to be next on the chopping block if there are changes to be made in Carolina. What will be Fitterer's downfall, the poor roster construction, unsuccessful trades, or the misfortune of being a scapegoat for the owner's misgivings?

The Panthers cut starting left guard Calvin Throckmorton on Tuesday. Theoretically, this will allow younger players such as Cade Mays and Chandler Zavala an opportunity to start in his place. Is it time for the Panthers to begin a youth movement on both sides of the ball?
