Earlier this year I watched a good friend fight for his life after what seemed a simple DIY project went really badly. You might have heard of Danny Dwyer, If you listen to Country Music he is one of those top DJ's in the country and is the Music Director and On Air Personality at 87.7 The Bull in Portland. He is also a fill in traffic host on multiple TV stations in our Portland area. I wanted to talk with Danny to get an update on his condition but really find out what he was doing and what we can all learn from what seemed to be a day of building with a ladder. There is a lot of insight here and a lot to think about as this even caused our team to rethink how we do things on our projects. After that discussion with Danny we will dive into the lifespan of some of the key things in your home so you can better plan for their replacement.
