Even though the majority of workers are concerned that they don't have the skills required for the future, a recent national survey has revealed that more than half of Australian workers spend less than an hour a week on any form of learning.  We weigh up the value of university degrees versus micro-credentials and hear how life-long learning can keep you in the game.
