Warren Buffett, chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, has expressed concerns about artificial intelligence (AI) at the company's annual shareholder meeting. Buffett likened AI to the genie that came out of the bottle with nuclear weapons, saying he sees both enormous potential for good and harm with AI. He warned of the increasing prevalence of deepfake scams and revealed that his own image and voice have been replicated by an AI-backed tool. Despite his concerns, Berkshire Hathaway is using AI to increase employee efficiency. Other prominent figures, including JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, have also expressed concerns about the risks associated with AI.
