Our ever-popular series, 'Voices of F1', continues this week with Fox Sports Asia's Matthew Marsh as a guest. Our listeners from Asia would remember Matthew from the 'Race Day' & 'Chequered Flag' broadcasts - the pre & post race show programs. Matthew's on-air team included Malaysia's first-ever Formula 1 driver, Alex Yoong, and the ever-jovial Paula Malai Ali.

Apart from being a broadcaster, Matthew's experience pans across racing cars, connecting brands to Motorsport teams and more.

The conversation with Matthew was fun and insightful - and expectedly, it went far longer than the time we had kept aside for it. So we've decided to split it into two parts.

Release dates:

  • Part 1: 8th February, 2022
  • Part 2: 10th February, 2022

In this week's episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast, Matthew joins Soumil and Kunal to share some of the must-read Motorsport and Formula 1 books in the off-season. He reflects on how his journey started in the world of Formula 1 broadcast.

And then of course on the topic of 'Abu Dhabi' and the FIA's ongoing investigation, Matthew explains why he thinks Michael Masi should stay in his job as the Race Director. Tune in!
