ROCK TALK WITH MITCH LAFON PRESENTS singer Robin McAuley. (Recorded February 2020). Comedian Don Jamieson co-hosts. His Denim & Laughter comedy album is out now!

Robin & Mitch discuss his new band Black Swan (with Reb Beach, Jeff Pilson and Matt Starr) and their new album Shake The World as well as his recent health scare (sepsis), his time in the band Survivor (Eye Of The Tiger), Eddie Money, going solo, and much more.  Quotes:"I had contracted the E Coli virus that became a bladder infection that became sepsis that was Hell For For Leather in wanting to take me out. It was not a good time."

Black Swan - Shake The World: "For me personally, it's the best record I have ever recorded, the best vocal sound I've ever had on any record (that I've ever recorded), and that's how I feel about it. The rest were just too processed, too syrupy and while it suited the time... There's a lot of stuff that gets said about the McAuley/Schenker period... I didn't write the music. Michael Schenker wrote the music and I just sang over it. It was great for that time, but you know..."Subscribe to Rock Talk With Mitch Lafon for exclusive content and interviews.Twitter: @mitchlafonInstagram: @mitch_lafonGet your MITCH MERCH here: https://loudtrax.com/Mitch VISIT: mitchlafon.com
