Last week, the college sports world was rocked by the news that USC and UCLA have reached an agreement to join the Big Ten conference as early as 2024. The two California schools, currently in the PAC-12, join a conference with schools primarily located in the mid-west as the seismic change in the NCAA is now in full swing.
