Rob O'Neill, an Air Force veteran and retired VA police officer, discusses the problems he saw at VAHS Bay Pines in Florida.  Rob explains how half the time was spent on internal employee matters sometimes focused on getting dirt or punishing whistleblowers.  Patient care is impacted by the wasted resources and the chaos that may result in employees being removed from positions.  The liabilities of this type of management style is discussed with host Jim Fausone.
