The Utah Jazz fell behind early and lost the San Antonio Spurs on a Tuesday night pre-season game. The Jazz were without Mike Conley and his value showed as the Jazz offense sputtered. Despite the loss, their were numerous positives by the end of the night, namely the battle from Walker Kessler after a miserable start.
Collin Sexton got the start at point guard and the items on his development list were obvious by the night's end as well as the offensive burden on the Lauri Markannen and the rest of the group.
Simone Fontecchio got some extra run last night and showed his ability to get his shot off.
David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insider, gives you the daily show on your Utah Jazz, Locked On Jazz.
