The Utah Jazz hosted Content Day yesterday and it was an absolutle pleasure to hear and meet all the Utah Jazz players. David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA insider shares what it was like spending time with the guys and why Walker Kessler won the day.

Then Locke talks about 2 micro issues that will determine the 2 big macro issues of the Utah Jazz training camp. Who is going to pass the basketball? This roster is not made up of passers. Instead, most of these players have been asked to score or create their entire careers so who are going to adpat and move the basketball? The other is who is going to defend? Will Hardy is saying he wants a team that is tough, play hard and defends. Who are the players capable of defending?

This leads to the two bigger topics who starts and who makes the team? Locke explains that their are as many as 5 open roster spots right now as you can only pen in about 10 guys on the roster as a certaintity.
